Founding Partner & CEO

David is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 15 years of operations management and process improvement experience. He worked for world-leading organizations like Nestle USA, Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola to name few. His engagements focus on business strategic planning, process optimization, streamlining operating systems, as well as building people capability through process improvement training. He achieves this by applying advanced analytics and project management principles. 

David received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Austen is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 10 years of project engineering and process improvement experience. He worked for world-leading consulting firms and organizations. His engagements focus on equipment commercialization, process design and optimization, as well as building people capability through process improvement training. He achieves this through advanced analytics and best-in-class methodologies.

Austen received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
